Dan Pearson – President |
| For the past 20 years, Dan Pearson, through his company Dan 4 Entertainment (D4E), has achieved success in many aspects of the entertainment industry from TV/film, music, sports, and more. He has managed talent, produced music, provided A&R and consulting services to major record labels, and is presently writing and producing for Television and Film. Most recently, Dan is credited as creator and executive producer for the highly rated TV series “I Married a Mobster.” Dan is also presently developing numerous entertainment properties after acquiring the Life Rights of both the infamous mob hit man Gregory “The Grim Reaper” Scarpa and living Philadelphia mob boss Ralph Natale. An example of companies currently or previously working with D4E include Discovery Channel, Kaufman Films, Universal Music Group, Sony Music, Major League Baseball, Maxim, and EA Sports. |
Thomas C. Harris – Vice President |
| Thomas Harris’ academic background includes a J.D., LL.M. and an M.BA. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in finance and law with both a corporate and entrepreneurial background. Beginning his career as a Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service, Tom later joined Chase Manhattan Bank as a Vice President responsible for private wealth management of high net worth clients. He has since served as a finance consultant and business manager for various companies and is presently in charge of all business affairs for D4E. |

Dustin Edelhertz – Operations Manager |
| Dustin Edelhertz has worked hands-on in all facets of the entertainment and technology industries. His background is in marketing and organizational development where he has worked with companies such as Sprint/Nextel, mSpot, and Capitol Records to name a few. During his time in the music industry, Dustin Edelhertz was responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns that resulted in sales of over 10 million records including the two-time platinum, Grammy Award winning album Dutty Rock by artist Sean Paul. He has since owned and operated his own consulting company to develop and increase revenue for clients in various areas of the entertainment industry including TV/film, technology, music, and fashion. He has worked with clients and partners in over 10 countries and traveled extensively, spending the last decade studying the international marketplace and developing resources for success. |
Dan Pearson IV – Project Coordinator |
| Working with D4E for the past 3 years, Dan has been involved in the planning and production of numerous projects for the company. He is directly assisting producers and directors both on set and behind the scenes. Dan is also the Production Coordinator for the hit series “I Married a Mobster,” currently in production of it’s second season for Discovery I.D. |
